§ 38.04 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR.
   An emergency management coordinator may be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Emergency Management Director. He or she shall perform such duties as may be delegated to him or her by the Emergency Management Director. He or she shall serve as an ex-officio member of the Municipal Civil Defense and Emergency Management Committee.
