§ 38.01 MUNICIPAL CIVIL DEFENSE AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE CREATED.
   (A)   The Municipal Civil Defense and Emergency Management Committee is hereby created.
   (B)   The Committee shall include the following:
      (1)   The Mayor of the municipality, who shall serve as chairperson of the committee, and who shall also be known as Emergency Management Director of the municipality.
      (2)   The directors of divisions and chiefs of services of such divisions as may be provided for by resolution by the Council or by directive of the Emergency Management Director.
      (3)   Representatives not to exceed seven in number from civic, business, industry, labor, veterans, professional, or other groups, to be selected and appointed by the Mayor.
