§ 35.16 POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS AND EXPENDITURES BY CANDIDATES TO BE FILED.

All candidates and office holders shall file campaign expenditure statements and office holder statements of contributions and expenditures with the Municipal Secretary as required by the Tex. Election Code.
