§ 35.10 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR VOTING.
   To be eligible to vote in a municipal election, a person must:
   (A)   Be 18 years of age or older;
   (B)   Be a United States citizen;
   (C)   Have not been determined mentally incompetent by a final judgment of a court;
   (D)   Have not been convicted of a felony or, if so convicted, have received a certificate of discharge by the Board of Pardons and Paroles or completed a period of probation ordered by a court and at least two calendar years have elapsed from the date of receipt or completion; or been pardoned or otherwise released from resulting disability to vote;
   (E)   Be a resident of the municipality; and
   (F)   Be registered as a voter in the municipality for at least 30 days before the day of election.
