§ 33.10 POLICE DEPARTMENT CREATED.
   (A)   There is hereby created and established a Police Department in the municipality which shall consist of a Chief of Police and such police officers as the Council may from time to time deem necessary and proper.
   (B)   The Chief of Police shall be the commander and administrative head of the Police Department.
