§ 32.07 APPROVAL OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS.
   The Mayor shall sign, the Municipal Secretary shall attest to, and the Municipal Attorney shall approve as to form all legal instruments requiring the assent of the municipality, unless otherwise provided for by law or otherwise stipulated in this code.
