§ 31.024 DISPOSITION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
   All controlled substances, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and money seized by the Police Department shall be taken into custody and disposed of in accordance with Tex. Health & Safety Code §§ 481.159 and 481.160.
