§ 11.00 SERVICE CHARGE FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS CHECK.
   A service charge of $25 shall be assessed against any person who pays the municipality with a check, draft, or money order which is returned unpaid for lack of sufficient funds or closed or nonexistent account.
