(A) Building inspection fees.

The construction valuation is determined by the greater of the declared valuation of the project or the valuation calculated using the International Code Council Building Valuation Data table, first update of each calendar year.

Contractor registration fee shall be $20 for all contractors and the following shall be exempt from paying the contractors registration fee Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Contractors.
(B) Zoning fees.

(C) Change of zoning request.
(1) The request for rezoning of any lot, tract or parcel of land within the corporate limits of the city shall hereinafter require a fee of $150 in addition to reimbursement for the following costs:
(a) All legal publications necessary and required as a result of the request to change zoning;
(b) A fee of $3 per letter plus certified mailing costs necessary in order to fill the requirement of notifying all property owners within 200 feet of the proposed rezoning.
(2) The $150 fee will be required to be deposited with the city office at the time the application for rezoning is received. The additional charges for the costs incurred as outlined above shall become due and payable by the applicant upon receipt by applicant of a statement from the city and such charges must be paid prior to any hearings of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the request of the zoning change.
(D) Plat fees.
