For the purpose of this chapter, the following districts are hereby established for the city:
(A) Residential districts:
(1) R-1 Residential District.
(2) R-2 Residential District.
(3) R-3 Residential District.
(4) R-4 Residential District.
(5) R-5 Residential District.
(B) Commercial districts:
(1) B Business District.
(2) DT Downtown Business District.
(C) Industrial districts: I Industrial District.
(D) Special districts: Special Use District.
