§ 153.061 OTHER IMPROVEMENTS.
   (A)   Monuments and markers. Lot corners and lot line transition points shall be marked with three- quarter inch diameter steel bars 18 inches long driven flush with the ground.
   (B)   Utilities. All services for utilities shall be made available to each lot in such a manner so as to eliminate the necessity for disturbing the street and alley pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalks and drainage structures when connections are made.
   (C)   Sidewalks shall be constructed:
      (1)   On the subdivision side of all thoroughfare streets adjacent to the subdivision;
      (2)   On both sides of all internal residential streets;
      (3)   As deemed necessary by the city in commercial, industrial, public and multi-family areas;
      (4)   Such additional sidewalks as the subdivider may desire; and
      (5)   Shall be constructed of 2,000 psi concrete having a width of not less than four feet and a minimum thickness of four inches.
   (D)   Street lighting and signs. Street lights shall be installed by the subdivider at all street intersections of the subdivision.
      (1)   Street lighting shall conform to the latest edition of the Illuminating Engineering Society Handbook.
      (2)   Lighting levels shall be recommended for:
         (a)   Very light traffic in residential areas.
         (b)   Medium traffic on collector streets.
         (c)   Heavy traffic on thoroughfares.
      (3)   Street lights shall conform to standards specified by the city.
