The specifications for materials and workmanship shall conform to the latest standard specifications for public works construction of the city. All engineering plans and construction within the jurisdiction of the city shall comply with the latest standard construction details of the city. The developer shall place these improvements in all new subdivisions that are subject to this chapter. The satisfactory installation of these improvements shall be a precedent to the final approval and acceptance of the subdivision by the city:
(A) Streets, sidewalks and alleys.
(B) Sewage collection and treatment system.
(C) Water supply and distribution system.
(D) Storm drainage systems.
(E) Electrical distribution system.
(F) Other improvements.
