§ 153.020 PRE-DESIGN CONFERENCE.

Prior to filing a preliminary plat, the developer may consult with city officials concerning the proposed development, the arrangement of streets, alleys and lots, the layout of utility lines, availability of utility service, and other regulations and policies of the city regarding development.
