§ 151.20 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.

The Mayor is hereby appointed as the Floodplain Administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate section of the National Flood Insurance Program Regulations pertaining to floodplain management.
