§ 150.111 SIDEWALK SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   Sidewalks will be constructed and when necessary repaired according to the specifications approved by the City Council and kept on file in the offices of the City Secretary and Building Official.
   (B)   The existing width of sidewalks within the central business district shall be maintained unless and until determined otherwise by the City Council. The central business district is the area of the city identified as such in the Zoning Code. All other sidewalks will conform to the widths contained in the specifications on file in the office of the City Secretary and Building Official.
   (C)   No person will construct or repair any sidewalk except according to the line, grade, slope and specifications established for that sidewalk. The city will furnish the specifications as may be necessary for the proper control of the work.
   (D)   Sidewalks shall be placed parallel to the street and to the back of the curb and gutter, or in line with any existing sidewalks or as otherwise approved by the Building Official.
   (E)   The city may issue a stop work order to any property owner for failing to comply with the provisions of this subchapter. The city will lift a stop work order once the property owner complies.
