§ 150.080 PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to demolish, move or relocate a building, structure or portion thereof, except portable storage buildings not greater than 12 feet in width, 24 feet in length, and 12 feet in height, within the corporate limits of the municipality without first obtaining a building relocation/ installation/demolition permit from the city.
