Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced within one month after its issuance, or if the work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of one month after the work is commenced; each permit shall contain the date the job is expected to be complete. The Electrical Inspector may extend the expiration date when deemed necessary; otherwise all permits shall expire 180 days after issued.
