§ 117.06 PRIVATE SERVICE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES EXEMPTED.
   (A)   This chapter shall not apply to the storage or service of alcoholic beverages strictly for the consumption of the owners of a premise and/or their guests at no charge.
   (B)   For purposes of this section, a "charge" includes a payment required in order to enter a building or premises, a payment for parking, a payment for food or other thing of value, or any other payment that may be required to enter or access the premises.
   (C)   The exemption under this section does not apply to any premises operated in a manner that requires a permit or license under the TABC.
