§ 117.01 DEFINITIONS.

To the extent that words or phrases used in this chapter are defined in the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code ("TABC"), such words or phrases shall have those same definitions. All other words or phrases shall be defined according to their ordinary meaning, unless specified otherwise. The word "person" shall include "entity."
