§ 116.01 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

It is the purpose of this chapter to regulate billboards and off-premises advertising in order to promote the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the city, and to establish reasonable and uniform regulations to prevent the concentration of billboards within the city.
