§ 115.03 EXEMPTIONS FROM LICENSING REQUIREMENTS.

This chapter shall not apply to medical facilities licensed under the law; an office or clinic of a person licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners; a person who performs only ear piercing; or a facility in which only ear piercing is performed.
