No person shall conduct, operate or maintain a tattoo and/or body piercing studio in the city who does not possess a valid, current permit from the State of Texas Health Department for the operation of a tattoo and/or body piercing studio. The cost of any health license shall be as established by the Health Department and must be paid directly to that agency.
