§ 113.11 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   The Chief of Police shall revoke an alarm permit if he or she determines that:
   (A)   There is a false statement of a material nature in the application for a permit;
   (B)   The permit holder has violated any provision of this section; or
   (C)   The permit holder is delinquent in payment of fees for false alarm notifications.
