§ 112.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, or individual who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum as provided for in § 10.99 of this code. Each and every day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
