If the findings required in §§ 111.04 and 111.05 are favorable to applicant, the Municipal Secretary shall notify applicant that such license will be issued upon payment of the prescribed fees. If any of the findings are unfavorable to applicant, the Municipal Secretary shall notify applicant that such license is disapproved and that no license will be issued. Upon request from applicant, the Municipal Secretary will provide applicant with a written statement of the grounds upon which the application was disapproved.
