§ 98.020 REQUIREMENTS FOR MONUMENTS, MARKERS AND GRAVESTONES.
   Flat monuments, markers and gravestones are required to be flush with the ground in all sections with the exception of those spaces in the Southern Red Oak section of the Oakwood Cemetery.
