The city will perpetually care for and maintain all roads, paths, vegetation, lots, grounds, and shrubbery. However, lot owners must care for and maintain all markers, monuments, vaults, etc., erected on their lots. The city reserves the right to remove from any lot or portion thereof anything that conflicts with the rules and regulations.
