§ 94.35 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.

The municipality may file charges in the municipal court for violation of the provisions of § 94.31. Any person found guilty of maintaining such nuisance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to a fine for each offense and the municipal court shall order the removal and abatement of the nuisance.
