(A) Inspection frequency.
(1) An inspection of a food service establishment shall be performed at least once every six months.
(2) Additional inspections of the food service establishment or retail food store shall be performed as often as are necessary for the enforcement of these rules.
(B) Access.
(1) Agents of the regulatory authority, city government, or official, after proper identification, shall be permitted to enter any food service establishment at any reasonable time, for the purpose of making inspections to determine compliance with these rules.
(2) The agents shall be permitted to examine the records of the establishments to obtain information pertaining to food and supplies purchased, received, or used, or to persons employed when and who pumped the grease trap, and where the contents were taken.
