§ 93.052 OFFENSIVE ODORS.
   Any unreasonable noxious, unpleasant, or strong odor which causes material distress, discomfort, or injury to persons of ordinary sensibilities in the immediate vicinity thereof is declared to be a nuisance and as such is liable to be abated and the person guilty of causing such odor shall upon conviction be punished as provided in § 10.99.
