§ 92.002 APPOINTMENT OF FIRE MARSHAL.
   The Fire Marshal shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Council. The Fire Marshal shall be properly qualified for the duties of his or her office and shall be removed only for cause. He or she shall receive such compensation as provided for by the Council.
