17.72.230: REVOCATION OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT:
   A.   In the event any or all of the home occupation criteria, terms, or conditions associated with a specific permit are not adhered to, the home occupation permit may be subject to possible revocation by the county commission. If the building and planning department determines that the activity no longer fits the provisions for a home occupation permit and exceeds the threshold for a ten percent (10%) deviation from the land use requirements in the residential zone, the permittee will be informed in writing and will have sixty (60) days to work with the building and planning department to correct the deficiencies. If the deficiencies are satisfactorily addressed, the building and planning department will provide written certification that the activity has been revised to meet the home occupation permit criteria.
      1.   If the owner does not respond to the notice of noncompliance, or if the issues cannot be addressed successfully within the sixty (60) day period, the building and planning department will provide the permittee with a written notice that a request to consider revocation of the permit will be forwarded to the county commission to be placed on the next county commission agenda for a decision.
      2.   The home occupation activity may continue until a final decision is rendered or the special use permit process is completed. (Ord. 448, 2013)
