A notice of the home occupation permits that have expired, been renewed, or been revoked accompanied by a statement that the renewal is based on the owner's certification that the activity is in conformance with this code and special conditions of the permit, shall be published in a daily newspaper of general circulation in the county twice in two (2) consecutive weeks commencing no later than January 31 of each year.
