17.72.190: PERMIT EXPIRATION; RENEWAL:

All home occupation permits expire on the first calendar day of the year and shall be renewed annually. Notice of renewal will be provided to all home occupation permit holders no later than November 1 of each calendar year and all home occupation permits must be renewed by December 1 of the calendar year.
