17.08.1035: RESIDENCE:
"Residence" means a place for permanent human habitation which falls into one of the following categories:
   A.   Dwelling, Single-Family: A building designed or used for residential purposes by not more than one family and containing one dwelling unit. A mobile home shall be considered a single-family dwelling.
   B.   Dwelling, Two-Family: See Duplex.
   C.   Duplex: A building containing two (2) dwelling units; also known as a two-family dwelling.
   D.   Dwelling Group: A group of three (3) or more dwellings, located on a parcel of land, in one ownership, and having any yard or court in common.
   E.   Dwelling, Multi-Family: A building containing three (3) or more dwelling units.
   F.   Dwelling Unit: One or more rooms designed for occupancy by one family.
   G.   Condominium: A multi-unit structure in which units are individually owned, but which does not provide the features of a condominium/hotel or hotel structure. In a condominium, there is outright ownership of a unit or airspace with a divided interest in the common element.
   H.   Row Houses: Multi-family or condominium residences which share common walls, and the entrances to each is from the ground floor, i.e., there are no units located totally above or below another unit. (Ord. 203 §32(205), 1987)
