"Nuisance" means any activity on one's land which tends to diminish the ability of the neighbors to enjoy their lands or rights. A public nuisance is generated if there is a violation of the zoning ordinance or other law, or if there is a violation of the public welfare in general. A nuisance per se is an activity that all reasonable men agree is a nuisance to the community as a whole. (Ord. 203 §32(176), 1987)
