17.08.840: MOBILE HOME PARK:
"Mobile home park" means an area or tract of land where two (2) or more mobile homes or mobile home lots are rented or held out for rent. "Mobile home park" does not include those areas or tracts of land, whether within or outside of a park, where the lots are held out or rented on a nightly basis. (Ord. 203 §32(166), 1987)
