"Mobile home (constructed before 1976), manufactured home (constructed after 1976)" means a vehicular structure which is built on a steel chassis or frame, is designed to be used with or without a permanent foundation, is capable of being drawn by a motor vehicle and is used as a dwelling. All mobile homes shall have the respective HUD (housing and urban development) sticker attached. (Ord. 445, 2012)
