17.08.795: LOT OF RECORD:
"Lot of record" means any platted subdivision lot, partition filed with the real estate commissioner of the state of Nevada, approved major or minor land partition parcel, independent ownerships of land, parcels for which valid building permits have been issued, or lots approved under this title.
