17.08.340: COMMON OPEN SPACE:
"Common open space" means an open area within a development, designed and intended for the use or enjoyment of all residents of the development, or for the use and enjoyment of the public in general, and can include use of land, water and complementary structures and improvements. (Ord. 203 §32(66), 1987)
