17.08.130: APPLICANT:
"Applicant" means a person who sponsors, and is responsible for an application. The applicant is responsible for meeting all conditions on the issuance of the permit, and otherwise ensuring that all policies and regulations are implemented in the development. (Ord. 203 §32(24), 1987)
