17.08.095: AMUSEMENT, COMMERCIAL:

"Commercial amusement" means any amusement enterprise in an indoor or outdoor setting offering entertainment or games of skill to the general public for a fee or charge; this terms includes, but is not limited to, a golf driving range, archery range, and miniature golf course, bowling alley, movie theater, or pool hall. (Ord. 203 §32(17), 1987)
