17.08.065: ADVERTISING STRUCTURE:

"Advertising structure" means any notice of advertisement, pictorial or otherwise, and any structure used as or for the support of any such notice or advertisement, for the purpose of making anything known about goods, services or activities not on the same lot as the advertising structure. (Ord. 203 §32(11), 1987)
