A. When not inconsistent with the context, words used in the present tense include the future; words in the singular number include the plural; and those in the plural number include the singular. As used in this title, the masculine includes the feminine. "Maps" means the zoning maps of White Pine County. "Governing body" means the board of county commissioners. "Regional planning commission", "planning commission", or "commission" means the planning commission of White Pine County, state of Nevada. "County" means the county of White Pine, state of Nevada. The county of White Pine is declared to be the county planning district, the boundaries of which district shall be the boundaries of White Pine County, state of Nevada, excluding the area within the corporate boundaries of the city of Ely.
B. Unless the context of the title otherwise requires, the definitions of words and phrases set out in this chapter shall be used in the interpretation and construction of this title. (Ord. 435, 2009: Ord. 203 §§6, 32, 1987)
