In order to conserve and promote the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the inhabitants of the county by lessening congestion in the public streets and highways; to secure safety from fire, panic and other danger; to avoid undue concentration of population; to facilitate the adequate provisions of transportation, water, sewage, schools, parks and other public requirements; secure the character of districts; conserve the value of buildings and property; to encourage the most appropriate use of land; and by other means in accordance with the master plan for land use, there is adopted, established and revised a zoning ordinance for White Pine County, Nevada.
