If an applicant disagrees with any decision of the regional planning commission, the applicant has thirty (30) days in which to file an appeal and any additional information the applicant determines to be relevant to approval of the tentative parcel map. The county commission will review the request within forty five (45) days of the appeal and render a decision whether to uphold or deny the appeal. (Ord. 410 §8, 2008)
