A. The land division is subject to approval based on the following principles:
1. The size and configuration of parcels is such as to encourage the efficient utilization of land and not to deter or hinder the development of adjacent parcels present and future.
2. Use of existing streets and roads and development of streets and roads for traffic circulation in the interests of convenience, safety, and welfare as per Nevada Revised Statutes 278.349. (Ord. 410 §5, 2008)
