16.68.080: PETITION FOR EXCEPTIONS:

A land divider may petition to the regional planning commission and county commission for modification of requirements and improvement standards set forth in sections 16.68.060 and 16.68.070 of this chapter. The petition will be filed with the regional planning commission at the time the subsequent parcel map is filed. (Ord. 410 §4, 2008)
