No permit as required by the building code shall be issued until the fee prescribed by the applicable building code shall have been paid.
A. The County Building Official(s) shall impose fees for issuing permits and for plan review. All such fees shall conform to the 1997 Uniform Administrative Code (UAC).
B. Plan review fees and building permit fees will be applied fairly to all persons seeking permits. Plan review fees must be paid to each entity performing plan review. (Ord. 527 § 1, 2022: Ord. 419 §3, 2008: Ord. 102 §1, 1980: Ord. 15 §9, 1959)
