11.56.010: NEIGHBORHOOD VEHICLE DEFINED:
A motorized vehicle, propelled by electric motor or gasoline engine, consisting of three (3) or four (4) wheels with a top speed of less than twenty (20) miles per hour, of a type generally operated on golf courses. (Ord. 433, 2009)
